GR Cup Regulations

Where can I find info on the regs? I checked the webpage: https://www.grcupseries.com/about/regulations but it doesn't seem to contain the details.

    Great question: these are real GR Cup Races from the 2025 season.

    One more thing, in `23_AnalysisEnduranceWithSections_Race 1_Anonymized.CSV` for Virginia International Raceway, Race 1, it contains these unique values for flags in the 'FLAG_AT_FL' column:
    - FCY (Assuming this is full course yellow)
    - FF (I'm unsure about this one)
    - GF (Assuming this is green flag)

    In `gr_hackathon_dataset_overview` at section: 3. Analysis Endurance With Sections it says FLAG_AT_FL will have Track condition (Green, Full Caution, etc.).
    Can I get a list of all the flag types and their associated symbols (e.g FCY, FF etc)?

    FCY (full course yellow)
    FF (finish flag)
    GF (green flag)
